Does it work without a signal?
Yes. Photos, voice notes and answers are saved to the phone first and sync when you are back online. You can run an entire inspection with no bars and lose nothing — that is the part we built first, because it is the part that ruins a day.
What does it cost?
Filling in a template on the web and downloading the PDF is free while we are in beta. The iPhone app is free to start, with monthly plans when you are running higher volumes.
Do I have to use a template?
No. Work freestyle — photograph what you see, say what you think, and the report organises itself. Templates are there for when a job needs the same structure every time, or a client expects it.
Can I use my own form?
Yes. Import an existing PDF and it becomes a form you can fill in on the phone like any other, or build one from scratch. It stays in your account.
What does the finished report look like?
A branded PDF carrying your logo and signature, and a shareable web link where the photographs are full resolution and the reader can see what you saw. Both are produced on site.
Can I finish the report on site?
Yes — that is the point. You write, review, sign and send the report from the phone. There is no web portal to finish it in afterwards and nothing to tidy up at a desk that evening.
How fast is support?

Is it only for home inspections?
No. It is used for tree risk assessments, punch lists, DOT vehicle inspections, roof surveys, rental move-outs, OSHA walkthroughs and service calls. If the job ends in a written report with photographs, it fits.
